FND is the new term that I’ve learned today. This term is being used for internal procurement department. The definition is when the target date for the material to be available on field or site. Also, when the material supposed to be on site for fabrication needs which might be earlier or later than project schedule. Above scheme is possible, if fabricator choose to start the fabrication at early date due to progress requierement. Or, fabricator decide to delay to fabricate because of easy to handle, or it might disrupt the other activity, or the schedule date is not realistic or other reasonable reasons.
